		<description>No, everyone is wrong.  First, you need a major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Ex) account before you can&#039;t get a store account.  You actually have to provide it when opening a store credit card.  Also, store cards tend to have a high interest rate so going with a Visa, etc. is probably your best bet.  Just pay your bill on time every month.  That way, you wont get any penalty charges, which are extremely high, and your interest rate will stay at the rate you opened your card with.  I cut all of mine up.  I try to always pay with cash - that way, you dont owe anybody anything.</description>
