About make up and fashion?

I’m 16 but i don’t know much about make up. My style is a little bit punk, emo, sport, romantic… My skin is soft and clean but i have dark rings under my eyes… What make up shoul i use? And where i can find latest fashion news? Stupid questions i know….

    your question is not silly at all, and it is the concern of all people believe me. Take care of your health by drinking fluids and water since this is the core of health. Also visit website related to beauty. Remember that every girl is beautiful but you need to show that by using the right type of makeup that is not necessaryaly be expensive by healthy to prevent the danger. Try Loreal, No1, or Nouba makeup.

    I would personally use a cover up by Revlon if your skin is sensitive, if not you can use any cover up. To find the latest fashion news, I would find a fashion magazine that has all the latest trends and go to their website. :) ~Nikki

    Any products by Loreal are excellent and will work well try to match the color best to your skin tone. If you need help with that go to the mall into a make-up place and they will tell you at no charge

    well the best thing is to get rid of the dark circles. Theres two things you can do cold cucumbers or dip tea bags with caffeine. In the mean time try a conceler under your eyes with a very light foundation. MAC has a lot of different kinds of make-up but since your so young go to your drug store Cover girl has the best make-up and trying using one in the compact I like the compact creamy powder better than liquid.     use a good, long-lasting foundation that blends into your natural skin color. then, for the dark circles, use a light colored pencil, the color depends on your skin tone but choose one that is light than your skin, and draw lines starting from below your inner eye corner and make an almost cemi-circle, kind of like this—> )( on each side of your face. blend the pencil into your foundation, but not so much as it might disappear entirely. the light pencil color will reflect light which will make your dark circles look a lot lighter.

    also, use brown or black liner on your upper and lower lid, as close as possible to the lashlines. if you want, smudge it to make a mysterious, smokey look. apply thickening and lengthening mascara to make your eyes pop.

    apply a natural looking lipcolor/gloss and blush so you wont look artificial but really good.

    You say you have you have dark rings around your eyes of course you need to buy the liquid make up that`s the same color of your skin are u can use a little base.

    it depends on wether or not you feel comfy wearing make-up. try just a little eyeliner or mascara, maybe a cream blush, but keep your lips natural. lipgloss is just gross must of the time! if youre trying anything completely new, buy a cheaper brand first. i love maybelline, because its affordable, but not cheap crap
