Are you confident that politicians have your interest in mind as they fashion a bailout for banking lobbyists?

THIS IS A POLL! Not a political statement. I’m curious how many of us have lost faith in the veracity of the politicians we have elected.

Having listened to the news over the past few seeks I have little belief that Congress and the President have the American people’s financial health in mind. It appears this is a bailout for the large financial interests that make huge political donations. I get the idea that Andrew Jackson was right, way back in 1932, when he called the US Bank owners a group of vipers and thieves.

Congress is a bunch of political prostitutes selling our rights, freedoms, and tax payer dollars to the highest bidder of special interest and lobbyist, they drop to their knees and service the highest payer for their personal gain at our expense. They care nothing about us, just want the money.

this is also a bailout plan for reid, pelosi, franks, dodd and the other crooks and allowed this mess to happen by being bought off to turn their head, now they want the tax dollar to bail them out of their selfish greed for which they profited millions

  • Duane L Says:

No, they have no interest in us little people. Only their financial position means anything to them and getting re-elected.

I dont believe they do at all. Maybe if you want to stretch a bit, I think congressmen who are up for re-election are trying to listen to the people just a bit more. But not because they care, they just want to get a few more years of power.

No. Increasing the national debt to the tune of another $700 billion does not help the average American. Can anyone say run away inflation?
