What do you think about “news” blurbs about celebrities’ fashion faux pas?

With the whole, “OMG! What were they thinking?!” angle. Sure, some of those fashions are a bit off, but some look generic. I just think they’re a waste of bandwidth and it’s sad to think people get all worked up over what Oprah wore…

My feeling is “Who cares?” If I made a fashion faux pas, it certainly wouldn’t be headline news.

This is breaking and very important news, mister. I suppose you’re interested current events and information that may actually shape the world in which we live… That’s like totally lame.

I don’t.
As in I don’t even think about that crap at all. I won’t read it, and if it comes on my TV news.. I change the channel.
What a ‘celebrity’ is up to, unless it applies to a work they are doing.. is not ‘news.’ It’s ‘fluff’ and I don’t pay attention to fluff.
I got bigger things to worry about.

Celebrities who make a ba-zillion dollars a year also subject themselves to the spotlight and to being picked apart by the media.
))))
Are we supposed to feel badly for them?
I’d gladly take the scrutiny and criticisms if I was making $100,000,000 a year.

It makes me glad they aren’t following me……but you’re right…some of those weren’t so bad…besides..this is America…they can wear whatever they want.

I say the people writing the captions probably have horrible fashion sense themselves. They’re just jealous.
